Skills and qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years’ experience in road engineering, experience in road safety is preferable; 5+ years’ experience in proposal management; Fluent spoken and written (minimum C1 level) English, Spanish and/or French are a plus; Field experience in international projects is preferred; Self-motivated and proactive individual, able to work in both small and large engineering team environments delivering results; Able to provide innovative, fit for purpose, solutions whilst meeting basic client engineering requirements.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Management of proposals/quotations for international projects. She/he will be responsible for the identification of business development opportunities and tenders, and for the preparation of proposals/quotations.
