As an office manager you will play a role in the operational support of the MAIA group (UNEEDIT and FRED Engineering companies) in the Roman office and interact with our internal and external stakeholders, such as our employees, contractors, clients and customers.
This is a part-time position.
Skills and qualifications:
“Hands-on” mentality and enthusiasm about administrative tasks. Work independently, solution-oriented and can be relied on 100% for every task. Enjoy organizing. Open ear for your environment and enjoy working with people. Have good language skills in Italian and English.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Make sure that all employees and guests feel comfortable in our office in Rome and you are the first contact person for all questions regarding the office.
Keep an eye on the order in our office and actively contribute to ensure the office presentable.
Keep track of office supplies and consumables and independently reorder them as needed.
Coordinate our partners around the office, e.g. cleaning service, courier service, orders, etc.
Support the organization, planning and accounting of company and team events / missions.
General organizational and administrative tasks
Contribute to a positive office and corporate culture.
