Description
This consultancy services were executed into two phases. The activities of Phase I included an in-depth review of international practices, investigation of motorcycle crash fatalities and injuries, identification of major causes of motorcycle crashes, and strategic recommendations. Phase II was the expansion of the consultancy services to cover four specific countries on Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Uganda and Rwanda.
